Ali Cem obtained his law degree from Marmara University Law School and he is currently pursuing his LL.M. studies at Istanbul University Law School.

Ali Cem has a key expertise in intellectual property law and contract law and acted for reputable corporates and private clients in various proceedings including commercial litigation and arbitration as well as entertainment disputes. He also advises the firm’s clients on data protection, IT and e-commerce law.

Ali Cem is the editor of one published book titled “Personal Data Protection Law in light of the Recent Developments (Güncel Gelişmeler Işığında Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hukuku)” and has various articles published in law journals and academic websites. Also, Ali Cem gives lectures regularly at reputable institutions.

Ali Cem is fluent in English.
