Our Civil Litigation Practice Group represents clients in a broad range of civil disputes before Turkish courts and in cross-border matters requiring coordination with foreign counsel. We provide strategic advice and effective representation throughout all stages of litigation, from case assessment and preparation of claims to trial proceedings.

The Team regularly assists clients in disputes concerning contractual liabilities, monetary claims and other civil law matters, including disputes arising from family law, real estate matters and inheritance matters. We also provide Turkish law advice and strategic support in cross-border proceedings where disputes with a Turkish law element are pursued before foreign courts.
