Our Competition Law Team provides comprehensive legal services across a broad spectrum of Turkish competition law matters, including merger filings and investigations concerning restrictive agreements, concerted practices, abuse of dominant position and other competition violations.

We deliver extensive legal support in dawn raids and at every stage of competition investigations, offer strategic guidance throughout sector inquiries and ensure effective representation before the Turkish Competition Authority. In addition, we actively represent the Firm’s clients in administrative litigation proceedings before the administrative courts challenging decisions of the Competition Board.
