Our Arbitration Team represents clients in complex domestic and international arbitration proceedings arising from commercial and investment disputes. The Team is well-versed in the rules and procedures of leading arbitral institutions, including the GAFTA, ICAC, ICC, ISTAC, LCIA as well as in UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Our expertise also extends to disputes involving investment treaties and bilateral trade agreements, as well as construction and infrastructure arbitration.

In addition, we assist clients with the recognition and enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitral awards, ensuring that our clients’ rights are effectively protected and their claims are pursued efficiently across jurisdictions.
