Dilara graduated from Samsun Fen Bilimleri Science High School and obtained her law degree from Istanbul University Law School.

Prior to joining Vardar Şanlı as a Trainee in 2024, Dilara interned at a multinational financing company and leading law firms in Türkiye where she gained an early experience mainly in banking / finance, corporate and corporate governance. Furthermore, Dilara supports the team in arbitration, commercial litigation and debt recovery matters.

Dilara is fluent in English.
