Associate

Dilara graduated from Samsun Fen Bilimleri Science High School and obtained her law degree from Istanbul University Law School.

Prior to joining Vardar Şanlı as a Trainee in 2024, Dilara interned at a multinational financing company and leading law firms in Türkiye where she gained an early experience mainly in banking / finance, competition, corporate and corporate governance. Having been promoted to Associate in late 2025, Dilara currently advises the Firm’s clients on cross-border capital markets, finance and M&A transactions. She also supports the Team in corporate governance, FinTech, international commercial arbitration, regulatory compliance and shipping matters.

Dilara is fluent in English.
