Melih is a graduate of Galatasaray High School and obtained his law degree from Galatasaray University Law School.

Melih has notable expertise in M&A, capital markets law and dispute resolution. He has a strong track record in representation of reputable corporates and private clients in M&A-related disputes, commercial arbitration, international trade, restructuring & securities enforcement and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Vardar Şanlı as a Senior Associate in mid-2024, Melih gained experience at reputable law firms where he advised international and national clients, with a particular focus on the energy, mining, infrastructure and construction sectors. Melih was promoted to Counsel in mid-2026.

Melih is fluent in English and French.
